Allison Phillips
Allison Phillips is originally from Brighton, MI. Before coaching for MSUSST, she was a part of the synchronized skating community for 17 years and competed on behalf of Team USA. Allison recently graduated from Pace University with a degree in Digital Cinema & Filmmaking.

Kaitlin Gunter
Kaitlin Gunter is a Michigan native who grew up outside of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Her synchronized skating career started in Kalamazoo with Kalamazoo Kinetic, where she also competed in solo ice dance. During college she skated for Trine University where she was apart of their intercollegiate, open collegiate, collegiate, and senior elite 12 teams. She graduated from Trine University with a Bachelor’s of Biology and a Master’s certificate in healthcare informatics.
