Collegiate Co-Head Coach
Katie Urbin
Katie Urbin is an alumna of Michigan State University and of the Michigan State University Synchronized Skating Team. Katie was part of the synchronized skating community for 15 years and competed on behalf of Team USA. She graduated from MSU in May of 2020 with a BFA in Graphic Design and a BA in Creative Advertising with a concentration in Art Direction.

Allison Phillips
Allison Phillips is originally from Brighton, MI. Before coaching for MSUSST, she was a part of the synchronized skating community for 17 years and competed on behalf of Team USA. Allison recently graduated from Pace University with a degree in Digital Cinema & Filmmaking.
Open Collegiate Head Coach
Maggie Lynch
Maggie Lynch, from Highland, MI, has recently graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Nursing. She was a member of MSUSST for all four years! In the past she has skated on multiple different teams including Team Du Cour, Creative Edge, and Crystalettes senior.
Open Collegiate Assistant Coach
Amy Maurice
Amy Maurice is from Charlotte, North Carolina where she grew up skating. She skated on Charlotte Synchro until she graduated high school! She went on to attending Western Michigan University to achieve a bachelors in Fine Arts with an emphasis in painting. She skated on their Collegiate synchronized skating team for all four years while also serving as the teams Vice President. She worked as a coach during her time at university with emphasis on power skating and fundamental skills. She is now joining our MSUSST team as a coach but also skating on the Hockettes Elite 12 team!
